About

Rufus the corgi is Amazon's first employee with four paws. He had a badge, sat in on meetings, and staff even used his paw on the keyboard to launch early pages. When landlords banned dogs, Amazon wrote him into the lease. He died in 2009, and Amazon later named its shopping AI after him. Amazon is Rufus, paired with $AMZN.
